Yes, but there doesn't seem to be a way to enter it in Proconnect. It's an adjustment to income (above-the-line). For mid-range givers, it can reduce income up to $2K, so it's a significant adjustment; so this is a big problem for anyone eligible for it. I will attempt to reach someone when they're open again.

You are missing the point that this does NOT apply until the  2026 tax returns.

Yeah, I agree that it is a really big problem for someone deducting it a year earlier than allowed by law.

As a side note, does anybody read anything between the original post and their own post?
