Does it really matter?  Intuit tends to give users that warning, but if the form looks right, it prints, and it will e-file, I don't think that is a crucial piece of information.

It does not really matter.  I was just curious as far as the process.  To me the instruction do not look like they are in draft form and was curious how to tell that they are in draft form.

The IRS doesn't have them in draft form but who knows where Intuit's version of the instructions are at.
