We have just recently moved offices and changed our EFIN with IRS. We went to change it in ProConnect and it keeps getting rejected. We have changed it 4 times with different agents (changing the reasons) each time at their direction) and it is still getting rejected. We are being told that we cannot escalate the issue. We have attached our approved IRS summary EFIN document. Nothing is working. We are about to have to go to another tax software provider after we have purchased a package with ProConnect. Talk about sunk cost! Does anyone have any idea or contact before we go there?
