Where do I purchase YT24 user access.  I'm trying to finish a 2024 return and received a message that I would need to purchase an user access.  It's not located in the purchase section.

2024 Access is no longer available for purchase.  You would purchase 2025 user access and that is used for all prior year access within the program.

Thank you for the info.  I purchased TY25 today, but I guess it hasn't updated my 24 access.  I will give it a little more time.

It should be instantaneous as long as you have 2024 returns sitting unused or you have 2025 return credits.  If you are still having issues, please contact our support team: ProConnect Support.
