Today I was on the call with a ProConnect / Intuit expert and I requested that the 3 extra ProConnect accounts that somehow got added to my Primary ProConnect account cannot be deleted.  I have no idea how they got created and because of the creation the prep for taxes feature in QBO does not work.  I am being told that Intuit knows this is a problem and it is a complex one that they currently cannot fix, as it is directing the download from QBO using the prep for taxes feature to the wrong ProConnect account, resulting in me having to manually enter this data in the software.  I am really struggling that a Firm with the expertise of Intuit is aware of the problem and cannot fix this.  This needs to be a priority!

Im having a similar issue. When I select the prep for taxes function, no data is generated. I've called quickbooks and Intuit procconect and none of them know how to fix the issue. The function worked ok for some clients last year, and when I went back to the 2024 financials, I can't transfer data for the few clients it did work. Im paying thousands of dollars annually and tech support can't fix the issue.
