I need to enter multiple 1099-SAs for the same taxpayer. How do I add a second 1099-SA input screen?

  1. Open the return for your taxpayer.

  2. Go to FormsSelect Form.

  3. In the search box, type 1099-SA and open the form.

  4. After the first 1099-SA is filled out, look at the top of the screen (toolbar area) for an option like:

    • Add Copy or

    • + button or

    • Form → Add Another 1099-SA
(This creates a new blank 1099-SA input sheet.)

  5. Complete the new form with the information from the second 1099-SA.

You can repeat this for as many 1099-SAs as the taxpayer has received. ProSeries will automatically total the amounts on the main 1040 as needed.

Thanks for your response, but I'm not seeing a Forms > Select Forms option. I go to Input Return and select the form. I don't see an option to enter a second 1099-SA. It's easy enough for a W-2, but I don't see anything here. What am I missing?

@LouisZx means well, but ProSeries  is not the same as ProConnect.

@InterestingTax In the box where you enter the # for 1099SA information is a + with a circle around it. Click that + and it will open up so you can enter lots of numbers.

Thank you.  That did the trick.
