Does anyone know how to print the state letter only?

For example, the AZ amended return can’t be e-filed. So, I need to send the paper copy to the client. The letter generated inside proconnect is perfect. I says where to sign and where to send it. But, when you go to print the return, the letter doesn’t print. ☹
