If the program produces it, then either it is needed OR if it isn't then just live with it and include. If the client is mailing, you could delete it from the pdf given to them for filing.
Check the Who Must File in the instructions.

Thanks! The program didn't put it in, I did accidentally. I just didn't print those pages. First year with pro connect, been using ATX Max for years, so taking some time to get used to it!
