My client has a rental property. He has passive loss from previous year. He sold his property with loss this year. I cannot get Form 8582, but I get Form 172. Could you teach me why this happens?
Based on the number of posts, there are a couple of truckloads of ProSeries users with farm clients that would love to get that form 172 from you. Sounds like you created yourself an NOL.
