It's not available in any Intuit products right now, but they are supposed to be available in a couple of days.

This is taking far too long for approval this year. I was told last week, the worksheets would be available by Wednesday this week (which is today). The ES-worksheets were finalized with the IRS long ago and I'm now holding approximately 40 returns and counting because of this.
