I recently purchased ProConnect for 2024, but I noticed that the live chat button is not available on the left-hand side menu. Could you help to clarify why this feature is missing?

Hi @kwyp
Chat with an expert by going through the help panel. Go to the gray question mark on the top right hand corner.
1. Select Help > Help Panel > Contact Us
2. type in 'Chat' and describe your topic
3. After exploring articles and links from the digital assistant and still needing help, Select 'Continue with expert'
