I had clicked through and purchased a single user access and a few 2024 returns a little over a week ago and didn't realize I was not going to be able to continue using that Intuit account for the S-Corp and had to create a new one instead. So, now my pre-order is "stuck" attached to the soon-to-be-idle Intuit account.
I tried clicking through on the links from the confirmation email to see if I could somehow just change my credentials for the order so it will all work with my S-Corp account on January 1. But, every single one of the LINKS ARE BROKEN LINKS and I'm getting either a 404 or a 403 error as a result.
Naturally, there is no weekend support when I'm trying to figure this out before those subscriptions go "live" in the old Intuit account.
Does anyone know if this can even be done or do I need to just cancel the pre-order somehow and start again? The prices are obviously not as awesome once the pre-order sale is passed. So there is that.
