hello!  I am getting this message and can't figure out how to resolve it.  I literally have nothing checked on this screen to be included so I don't know where this is pulling from.

PDF Attachment #1: A description is required for all e-file PDF attachments. The description should describe the content of the attached PDF. US - Ref #2008134
