How do I create a blank prior-year worksheet to be provided to new clients?

Import the first 2 pages of the 1040. That will do a basic start to the program. I think you can create from there. Maybe just go add a bit of input, like a dummy with no amount for a wage, interest, dividend, mortgage, etc. I have done this before, but this is how I would do.
Honestly, I would do full input of the prior year to get it to match the copy of the return they gave me. That would have at least all the full amounts, but maybe I don't have W-2, 1099 etc to get the names right.

Think they're referring to the Prior Year Worksheets or Organizers. Which don't think you can unless a return was E-Filed, which is one of the lamest things I've come across on ProConnect.

One more possibility is to use the blank organizers at the end of this Article right now, it offers Condensed and Expanded pdf organizers for 2023 & 2024
