I am guessing you wanted the discount before 11/14 and you read all the fine print at the bottom of the page.

Savings calculation based on tax year 2024 list price. 35% discount is a limited-time offer for new customers that may only be claimed once. Purchase discounted returns directly from Intuit ProConnect Tax at ito.intuit.com or call 833-603-0130.

• Refund policy: 

  If you purchase returns between the date of first availability of the next tax year, but before December 21, 2024, you may cancel your order. In the event you do not cancel your purchase before December 21, 2024, or purchase returns after December 21, 2024, Intuit shall issue a refund on unused returns within thirty (30) calendar days from your purchase date upon request. No other refund requests shall be honored.

• 10+ return price lock: 

  When you buy ten or more returns, you can lock in your tax year 2024 per-return rate for any additional returns you buy for the remainder of the season. After your initial purchase of tax returns, you can later buy additional returns at the same per-return price -- no minimum return requirements for later purchases. If you purchase a larger volume of returns in your initial purchase, greater discounts are available.
