Do I need to file DC D30 form when I'm filing D40? It's a for a realtor who makes more than 12,000 and resides in DC. If I have to file that, can I do it electronically with Proconnect?

If the >$12K is from commissions and she does all the work, then No.

See the D-30 instructions.

But if it's rental income, then Yes.
