The new legislation repeals the requirement that restricted qualifying pass-through entities to those 100 percent owned by natural persons or persons eligible to be shareholders of an S corporation.

To e-file an amended return, you pretty much have to enter all of the data like you were doing it for the first time. If you are paper filing an amended return, you just need to enter totals in the various forms and schedules as applicable to make the face of the return look like the final product.
