I accidentally filled client A name to client B and IRS already accepted the return. Will this affect client A return? Also how do I correct client B's filling? Clients are siblings with same addresses but differect SSN.

The clients TRUE name is a set of numbers. If you only screwed up the first name, that will likely not create a problem. Report back when you find out for sure.
