In Proconnect tax online, the State Wages, if different box has an amount but no amount in the Wages, tips, etc. box. As a result, a critical diagnosis error occurs. How can it be fixed on the State return?
PA state wages were different and there were no wages in Box 1. I realized that the system flags the error but does not prevent TP to efile. However, If the same wages are put in Box 1 and the Source column is marked to PA, the error is resolved. Thanks!
