This diagnostic is an informational diagnostic.  Its purpose is to just alert you that based upon the birthdate, that individual will only qualify for credits, such as, Earned Income if they are a full-time student in college.  To indicate that a dependent is in college to ProConnect, on the dependent screen select the option "Student Age 19 to 23".
