We are trying to e file an Arizona 165 that we self prepared. We keep getting an error becasue of a lack of EFIN. Is there a work around?

Menu Efile > Support Tools > Disable efile error.
Note: this is the LC procedure. So, I think there would be a similar procedure in PS.

Set it up like any other return for which you are the Paid Preparer.
Do Not select Self Prepared.

That is our problem. We are not paid preparers. We own the business and do the returns ourselves

Unlike TurboTax, ProConnect requires an EFIN for any e-file return. You can print, but not e-file without an EFIN.
