I've been using Proconnect since 2019 and Proseries before that.
I've sucessfully converted innumerable files from (RandomOtherSoftware) to Proconnect.
So I know it works.
But in all that time, I am 0-12 in Turbotax conversions.
NONE of them work.
Anyone else have this problem?
Anyone gotten it to work??

I've never tried it, but I've seen other posts that seem to indicate it works. I guess I'm not sure why it isn't working for you.
Personally, I would rather re-enter all of the information than to import it from TurboTax. I don't want to import a bunch of mistakes that the person made when then entered it into TurboTax.

This particular client skipped the part where she was allowed to print all the worksheets so I'm missing the depreciation schedule on her Canadian Rental(!) and the vehicle that she's depreciating for her Sch C.
Can't fix the mistakes I can't see, right?

I seem to recall that the conversion works from either the desktop version or the online version but not both.
Can't client go back and retrieve it herself?
I have never used Turrdoh Tax so I may be off base.
The more I know the more I don’t know.
