Preparing a city return for KY LLC.  When I preview the forms, the Letter (Lexington 1) states there is a $200 balance due to Lexington, but the form 228 does not reflect a balance due.  There should not be a balance due as the taxpayer is exempt based on low gross receipts.  Does anyone know how to fix this situation?
