Trying to generate form 2555 for a client who worked in Dubai. The employer (foreign entity) does not have EI but Critical Diagnostic keeps asking for it.

Somewhere there is a place to indicate it's a foreign employer.

As Susan says.  That section is at the bottom of the input screen.

I've selected that option and even entered the address that shows it's a foreign entity but still nothing.

Show us a redacted screenshot and we should then be able to point out what might have gone wrong.
