client didn't accept new link but still gets reminder. is there a way to deactivate the client if they have moved on.

 

help please. client getting annoyed and i thought i deleted his email from the link app.

You need to delete the invitation altogether.  Unless you do that, Intuit Link only knows that the client has not acted on your invitation and will keep sending reminders based on your universal setting.  Click the down arrow beside View request and select Delete.
