I am receiving an  e-file diagnostic stating "The date shareholder acquired interest is required for electronic filing" which is not allowing me to e-file the Virginia pass-through tax return. I have entered the acquisition date in the requested location, but the diagnostic does not clear. I am having this issue with all my Virginia S corp returns. How do I clear this diagnostic?
