Agree, if the form is not part of the return, then there should not be a critical diagnostics.
If the critical diagnostics can be ignored, then it should not be a critical diagnostics.

I am getting the same critical error and I have no charitable contributions for the S Corp, I am going to ignore it and submit.

This is also happening on all of my S-Corporation returns. None of these returns have donations, so they don't even have Form 8283 as part of the return. Second year in a row this has happened. Why can't this be fixed?

My guess is proconnect is still working through some bugs in the system. And now congress may make changes to the 2023 tax rules, so that will be fun.
