We have 4 people in our firm with access to PTO and we all show different amounts of total returns. We know that some of the returns are restricted but that doesn’t explain all of the differences that we know of. Before we run reports and try to narrow down which returns are not showing up, I thought maybe someone would know right of the top of their head.

This is our first year and we converted from another software so that might be causing a problem.
