I attended the webinars on November 8 and 9.  I have been attempting to obtain certificates of completion for over an hour.  I have called the support line and the sales line and just get referred in circles.  HELP

You should have received an e-mail shortly after the conclusion of the webinar. Check your PTIN account to see if they have posted. My recall is that Intuit is slow in posting.
