Which meets the needs of a CFO producing 1 tax return per year.  Where's the support for firms producing multiple tax returns?  **bleep** e-filing/extensions, dated status report with Excel export/link, connection to QBO client info, integration with Microsoft services, workflows, custom client engagement letters, client DRAFT tax return approvals - triggering e-filing, and integration with other e-sign services (Adobe).  These are not "pie-in-the-sky" wish list items, but basic features provided by the least capable "Firm-Based" tax return service providers.
