"Form 5227, Page 7, Part III: At least one recipient/beneficiary must be present for efile purposes when the trust is a Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust or a Charitable Remainder Unitrust."  I have 2 beneficiaries that received K1s.  Can someone PLEASE help me figure this one out?
