This is happening on every customer I am trying to file extensions for. I have been having way to many issues Intuit has not been able to resolve. Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

On the Profile page you need to have check TWO boxes: The "Federal" box *and* the "Federal Extension" box. I think you are only checking one of them.
