Delete a client to input a return? 

You can not delete clients. You can delete tax returns (select from the dropdown that starts with View Return.) 

I simply want to delete a return!

There is no option to delete a return under review.  I have created two returns for the same person the same year, I need to delete one of them.  Under review you can create, edit, or view.  Delete is not an option.
