Input all IRAs into program and added Value of all IRAs figure. Will not create Form 8606. Does anyone know why?

Just substitute the following:
- Screen 24, Adjustments to Income: Deductions > Adjustments to Income
- Screen 13.1, Pensions, IRA Distributions: Income > Pensions, IRAs (1099-R)
