Proconnect tax online.  The income is entered in Program Service Revenue on its own tab.  I have entered, the description at the top, and then under Unrelated Business Income I have entered the business code and amount.  It still show sup on Line 12.  

I don't have anything input in the "Other Income" section on the input screens.
