The most common ones are right on the main input screens. These will be in the form of line items, sometimes within another tab of that same input screen. Other state adjustments will be found under State - these are listed by states and schedules.

I'm not sure I quite follow what you mean here though.
What I'm hoping for is - a one sheet by state, that has a list of common adjustments that need to be made.
EG: California
*Adjust for State Tax
*Adjust Depreciation Schedule (bonus depreciation not allowed)
*Etc.
Is there a good resource like that?

IMHO, the best and concise resource is The Tax Book, which would have what you need by state.

I always thought the slogan "it's like a whole other country" is more suited for CA than TX. This is especially true for taxes! 😉
