I am receiving an error when e-filing a 990-PF for 2021. 

It indicates that the Please verify that the 'Principal Officer' section is complete. An officer or business name and a complete US or foreign address is required. If necessary make the appropriate change and re-submit this return electronically.  The error message or code = Code: /Return/ReturnData/IRS990N

However, the Principal Officer, address and business name are all included.
