I'm unable to locate it online to pull the URL so I can share it with clients who are struggling to login. There are much older videos available online, but this is the best one I've seen.

At the top of this forum's web page is Training. Intuit Link is there. The videos are on that page; scroll down. I grabbed this for you, from there:

I did scour the videos here and could not locate that particular demo video. The others appear older or are not relevant. The video I'm referring to is particularly placed behind the taxpayer access wall using their embed video software Wistia.
This is new this year, and the Wistia software doesn't allow one to copy the URL to share the video or view it directly on the hosted site.

"Can you provide the URL link to the demo video that is provided to taxpayers when they sign into Intuit Link for the first time?"

I played some of those videos and while they are playing, you can right click them. There are three options given:

When clicking that Wistia provided link, you are not given the link to actually view the hosted video. Its coded detail for the website, and the link within the code is not accessible.
And I have already been providing that PDF to clients, but some still struggle and need to "see" it in action. That video provided once they log in is the best I've seen - but have to get over the main hurdle first of getting them logged in.
For reference, I recorded the video on Zoom and uploaded to Loom since I cannot find it online. I suppose this is more a question for Intuit Support to solve and make the video accessible.
