My Client has a rental property in NY but never lived in the state. I want to file NY nonresident but I don't know how to only allocate the rental income to NY. It only gives me the option to allocate the W-2s. Also, should I select "maintained living quarters in New York for the entire tax year"? Because I don't see any other option.
