I have Federal and state checked to e-file. The Federal has a green diagnostic under e-file Amendment, but State is telling me to clear all diagnostics. Checked in input to Amend Federal and 1 to amend state. Instruction letter states both are being electronically filed. How do I clear the diagnostic?

Look at the profile for a check mark to e-file amended. Remove the check mark if you are filing original returns.

Thank you. I did already file the return and then client realize 1099-r was taxed at full amount and it should not have been. Trying to amend to fix the issue.

Is it possible the state does not allow efile of an amended return? Which state?

I have the same problem. The only thing I could figure to do is to check the box to ignore the diagnostic. However, I couldn't figure out how to actually clear it.
