I am completing form 709 for a mother that gave multiple cash gifts to the son in 2021 that in total is $43000. Do I need to list each gift separately or can I include the total on one line with the last date in 2021?

With cash gifts I don't think the IRS is going to be knocking on your door if you take that shortcut.
