I sent my Trust client an e-sign document request for Form 8879-F. The client indicated that it was NOT received. I confirmed that it was not received. Any thoughts?

I sat down with my client... checked the client inbox and confirmed the client did NOT receive the e-sign document form 8879-F. Any thoughts?
