1040X has populated in a return that is unnecessary. how do I remove or delete it?

open the 1040x form>>>go across the very top toolbar>>> Forms (4th from left)>>>>about half way down on the dropdown should be  "Remove 1040X'  and click on that.

That solution did not resolve the issue. There is no toolbar or Forms or dropdown menu to Remove 1040X.

Profile > remove X from amended returns

Betcha did a conversion from another software. They love to mess with your head when you do that. 😉
