Look at your backup pdf. In their infinite wisdom, ProConnect has dropped those old years. If you don't have a backup contact support and the may be able to help you.

The printing article is invalid since you can't access them any longer. I will reach out to the content team to get it removed as I could see how it could be confusing.
In regards to the returns, they were purged from the system last year and are not recoverable, a backup PDF would have needed to have been saved unfortunately.
