I'm thinking the software will do that for you if you enter in both states - starting with the non-resident.

I thought it would but it does not.  Nebraska is still taxing the Iowa Income. I have done thousands of thesed and the info is on NE schedule 1 but I cannot seem to be able to access the Nebraska schedules.
