1099-Div has foreign tax of $ 23 only and we do not want to prepare Form 1116.

Go to Foreign Tax Credit (1116) and look in the upper right for Gen. Info/Elections.

Do Resident of.. and 1 to not bother to print the election or 2 to print it with the return
