attachment is attached in proconnect, named properly, and still gives me review error as critical diagnostic. Software is not recognizing the attachment as completed as required.
Rejection code: Code: S3-F1040-009
Error Message: If Schedule 3 (Form 1040), 'TotalRfdblCrQlfySLFMLWagesAmt' is greater than the sum of all Schedule H (Form 1040), 'RfdblCrQlfySLFMLWagesAmt', then at least one of the following must be present in the return: [ a binary attachment with description beginning with "Form7202" ] or [ a [GeneralDependencyMedium] with description beginning with "Form7202" ].
