This is not really a question - I wanted to share one I learned. If you click on Form Status in the left panel you can find out what is holding you up. You can check through chat to see if there are any updates. Chat is lightyears faster than trying to get through on the phone.

I mentioned that in the item I posted. As it happens, the form I needed to know about had no notes about when or where or why and chat was able to research it to see what was happening.
