Today is the Dec 31 I had one license left for tax year 2020 I tried processing the return it said I had to purchase so I ended buying 7 and it still says I have no licenses so I can not print returns. Anyone have any advice?

Same problem here. I lost 7 returns. They must have closed the year a little early.
