This is an interesting question, because it's not "their" account. It's Yours, as their professional tax preparer, working on their return. If you want them to enter their info into their return, you'd be out of a job.

I just reworded the question...I realize I said "tax return" but meant ProConnect profile information.
So...Is there a way a client can input general data and it will populate in ProConnect?

You as the preparer pay for the software. Your clients don't have access to it.
